Patricia Ekuba Odoi-Atsem, CEO
She is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of 3M&C Ghana Limited, a registered Limited Liability Ghanaian Company. Ms. Ekuba received her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration from the Columbia Union College, Maryland, Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland, and second Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Maryland, University College. She is currently working on her doctorate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Walden University. Ekuba also has a diploma in paralegal studies and Nursing Home Law.
She has always been an entrepreneur and has owned and managed her own healthcare billing and consulting firm since 2005. She is also the owner of Durable Medical Equipment and Supplies Stores, in Maryland, USA and Accra. Before she became an entrepreneur, Patricia Ekuba Mensah managed physician offices, managed Nursing Homes in the Washington DC Metro area. She worked as a regional financial services consultant for 25 nursing homes, 9 senior apartment complexes and 12 assisted living, before returning to her native country of Ghana.
Ms. Odoi-Atsem was also adjunct professor at the Prince Georges Community College, USA, teaching physician office management, coding, billing and coaching diversity in the corporate world. As a professor and a business manager in physician’s practices, nursing homes and as a healthcare consultant in hospitals and clinics, Ms. Mensah got hands-on experience in management of health facilities.
With this backdrop, 3M&C Health Systems has achieved the first step in the quest to provide superior services by opening the first ONE-STOP facility for all medical needs at the A&C Square in 2012. In the process, she has earned the reputation of being one the most respected and consistently dependable healthcare provider in Ghana and Sub-Saharan African today.
Mr. Ablade Odoi-Atsem
He is the Chairman, Board of Directors of 3M&C Ghana Ltd. Additionally, he oversees all technical, financial, facility management and overall corporate governance issues of the company. For 15 years, he owned, managed and operated Odoi Associates, Incorporated, and (OAI) a Maryland, USA-based Facility Management Company. With a BS in Building Technology and MBA with concentrations in Finance and International Business, he managed the growth of OAI to a Multi-Million dollar company over a seven year period. He has over 35 years of challenging and diversified experience in major infrastructure projects, commercial and residential construction projects, transportation projects, environmental remediation projects and industrial projects. Other major areas of concentration are in Facility Management projects where he managed the operations and maintenance services for several US Federal Facilities. Between 2005 and 2010, OAI performed operations and maintenance services for the entire Pentagon Reservation, over 6.7 Million square Feet. This is in addition to several Federal Office Building of over 2.5 Million Square Feet which he operated concurrently. In 2008, Mr. Ablade Odoi-Atsem was featured in the Entrepreneur Magazine as one of 100 Fastest Growing companies in the USA. He is a Board Member on the Board of Director of several companies in both the US and in Ghana. He is also the Vice Chair for the African Business Roundtable – USA Branch.
